For any items, if there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please contact our Customer Service Representatives within 24 hours from the time you receive the package. Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.
If you are returning it, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean,etc.
Damaged or Misshipped Items
Damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If your package is damaged during shipping, please check the dress carefully when you get the package. If order is also damaged, Please ask your delivery carrier to give you the "Proof of Damage" documentation, and email us the photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation in order to process your refund.
Sizing or Fitting Issues
All the clothes and shoes are the international standard size. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, We recommend that you recognized the need to purchase size. EUR = US = UK size info. you can view our size chart.
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on athletekits.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Refunds are issued in the currency in our website. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.
1) Contact Customer Service Representatives within 24 hours from the time you receive the package. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
2) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.
3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, we will refund you Immediately. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and cannot be shipped back to you.
